DAY 1: HANOI – TRAIN TO HAI PHONG - CAT BA ISLAND (LUNCH, DINNER)
8h00 : Our guide pick you up from your hotel in Hanoi old quarter or Hanoi opera house transer to Cat Ba Island
09h00 :Get experince Train depart from Hanoi to Hanoi
12h00: Arrive to Hai Phong, enjoy Street food tour try some local foods.
15h30: Get on a bus passing ferry to Cat Ba Island
Arrive Hotel, check in then freetime explore Cat ba town. Have dinner and sleep in Hotel
Day 2: Cat Ba - Lan Ha Bay (Breakfast, Lunch )
Have breakfast in your hotel, then about 8h00 our guide will take you to Beo harbour, then get onboard start cruising through Beo fishing village.
10h00: Start enjoy doing kayking by your own Paddle around the bay or swiming on the beach
12h00:Local Lunch is serve on boat.
14h00: Boat moving to small beach for you enjoy swimming in crystal water
16h00:Get on shuttle bus back to Hanoi
19h30: Arrive to Hanoi tour end!

Children Policy
- Free of charge for infant (below 04 year old), other expenses pay by parents
- Children from 05 to 10 year old are charged 75%
- From 10 year old are charge 100%
- Two adults bring 2 children, The 2nd child will be charged 75% adult ticket
- Children 75% have one private seat and lunch
Cancellation by Customer
For almost of our tours, once tour is confirmed and fully paid but for one reason they cancel the tour, the following charges will apply in the event of cancellation prior to tour commencement:
- More than 30 days before arrival: No charge
- 15-30 days before arrival: 10% of total tour price.
- 7-15 days before arrival: 50% of total tour price.
- 4-7 days before arrival: 75% of total tour price.
- Within 3 days before arrival: 100% tour price.
Notes:
- There will be no refund given for any unused or missed ground arrangements, sightseeing, meals or hotel accommodations.
- For no show cases, there will be no refund.
- All cancellations must be in person or in writing and received by us
Cancellation by Weather
In case of an unexpected situation/ bad weather causes an effect on your trip after commencement, we serve the right to change the itinerary of your booked tour for the safety of all clients in the group. If there are more than one solution, we will ask for your permission and agreement to do the next step. In such kind of cancellation, the refund of any payment on the un-used portion of transportation service, hotel service, car rental or tours will be given.
